Anti-Spam Policy

GridPath Solutions does not permit our websites, including gridpathsolutions.com and teamgridpath.com, to be advertised through unsolicited bulk email (spam). This policy applies to GridPath Solutions, our team members, contractors, partners, affiliates, and any third party acting on our behalf.

All business email we send must follow these rules:

• It complies with the CAN-SPAM Act and all other applicable laws.
• It clearly identifies GridPath Solutions as the sender, with accurate sender information and subject lines that are not misleading.
• It is sent to specific business contacts we have researched and believe have a relevant need for our services. We do not send mass email to random or indiscriminate lists of addresses.
• It includes our physical mailing address.
• It includes a clear and easy way to opt out. Opt-out requests are honored promptly, and anyone who opts out is never contacted again.

No third party may send email advertising our websites on our behalf without our written permission and full compliance with this policy. Any violation will result in immediate termination of that relationship.

Reporting: If you believe you received an unsolicited message from GridPath Solutions or anyone promoting our websites, please email team@gridpathsolutions.com and include the full message with headers. We will investigate right away, and your address will be removed from all future contact.
